We offer custom design, printing, and marketing solutions for Apostolic ministries worldwide. Our goal is to deliver excellence in every project while ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- All designs, logos, and creative materials remain the property of Apostolic Graphix, LLC unless expressly agreed upon in a Work for Hire contract.
- Clients purchasing design services receive a non-exclusive license to use the design for their church or organization.
- We reserve the right to reuse, modify, or resell any designs unless a buyout agreement is negotiated and paid for separately.
- If you provide us with artwork, you confirm you have the rights to use it.
- We use third-party print and shipping providers to fulfill orders. While we ensure quality, we cannot guarantee turnaround times due to factors outside our control (weather, supply chain delays, carrier issues, etc.).
- If an issue arises, we will work diligently to resolve it and ensure your satisfaction.
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is a printing error or defect, we will work with you to resolve the issue through reprints or store credit.
- Design services are non-refundable once work has begun.
- By engaging with Apostolic Graphix, you consent to receive SMS and email communications about orders, delivery updates, promotions, and special events.
- SMS messages may include marketing offers, account updates, or customer service assistance.
